Global Privacy Statement

1. Sovereign by Design

Massive Dynamic ("MasiDyn", "we", "us", or "our") operates the MasiDyn AI Agent ecosystem and associated API integrations. MasiDyn supports local, cloud, and hybrid deployments. Local data stays on the device unless an enabled feature and the applicable account policy authorize a specific transfer. We do not sell conversational data or workspace intelligence.

2. Third-Party API Integrations (OAuth)

To enable automated publishing, curation, and environment synchronization, MasiDyn requires authorization to connect to external developer APIs (including but not limited to Pinterest, Meta/Instagram, Oculus, GitHub, and Google Cloud).

When you authorize a MasiDyn App via OAuth 2.0:

• Authentication Data: We receive Access Tokens and Refresh Tokens. These tokens are stored strictly within your secure local `.state` or encrypted remote backend instances that you control.
• Scoped Access: We request only the minimum scopes necessary to perform the specific automated tasks you requested (e.g., `boards:write` for Pinterest, `instagram_manage_messages` for IG).
• Content Data: We may read, write, or organize visual and textual content on your behalf on these external platforms.

3. How We Use Your Authorized Data

Data acquired through third-party APIs is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Automated Execution: Allowing the Swarm engine to generate and publish artifacts, visualizations, and marketing materials directly to your linked social or professional accounts.
• Market Intelligence: Curating and ingesting external data feeds into your sovereign memory indexing systems.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or API data. Data is shared only to operate features covered by your account authorization, such as executing a requested provider action or routing the limited context of an enabled safety handoff to an authorized professional service. Provider availability and separate provider terms still apply.

5. Data Retention & Revocation

You retain absolute control over your API connections. You may revoke MasiDyn's access at any time through the respective platform's account settings (e.g., Pinterest Account Settings -> Connected Apps). Upon revocation, MasiDyn's stored tokens immediately become invalid.

6. Safety Processing

MasiDyn may process automated safety signals, a limited recent-context buffer, the accepted account-policy version, and professional-service status to operate and evaluate an authorized human handoff. If enabled for your account, precise location may be processed locally to estimate connectivity; it is not shared with a receiver unless the recorded policy scope permits sharing. Temporary offline handoff context is encrypted and retained for a bounded period.

Public safety reporting contains only thresholded aggregate counts. It excludes conversation text, phrases, account and session identifiers, contact details, exact event timestamps, device and IP identifiers, and precise location. The normal account signup records the applicable data scope; the service does not add a separate consent interruption inside a safety conversation.
