Terms of Service

1. Service

MasiDyn provides local and cloud software for model execution, agent workflows, developer tools, and related services. Features and availability vary by deployment.

2. Account and authorization

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and using connected services only within your authority. By creating an account or activating a hosted service, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Statement in effect at that time.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, gain unauthorized access, or interfere with service integrity. Local deployments remain subject to the licenses and rules of connected models, data, and services.

4. Third-party services

Connected providers operate under their own terms and availability. MasiDyn does not guarantee a third party will accept, complete, or maintain a requested operation.

5. Safety and professional review

The service may use automated safety systems to identify conversations that may benefit from review by a qualified human service. When those systems activate, the service may pause ordinary automated responses and securely route the limited recent conversation context covered by your account settings to an authorized service provider. This process may begin without an additional prompt in the conversation. Acceptance by a provider does not guarantee immediate availability and does not make MasiDyn an emergency service.

6. No professional advice

Unless a separately identified professional is connected, model output is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. A human participant is identified in machine-readable service state even when that person chooses natural conversational wording.

7. Availability and changes

Software and research features may change, fail, or be withdrawn. Candidate integrations are not represented as live services until verified.

9. Product family and age requirements

MasiDyn is the account and AI layer behind the Massive Dynamic product family, which includes BidForge, Weave Infinity, Convergence Nexus, MasiDyn Date, MasiDyn Meet and MasiDyn After Dark. Some of these products are not open yet. Listing a product here does not mean it is available.

• 18 or older: MasiDyn Date, MasiDyn Meet and MasiDyn After Dark are for people 18 or older. If you are under 18, do not join their waitlists or use them.
• After Dark content areas: MasiDyn After Dark content areas open only after age verification. Confirming your age on a page or a waitlist form is a self-declaration. It is not age verification and does not open those areas.
• One account: One MasiDyn account may be used across MasiDyn products as each product opens. These Terms apply to your account in every product, together with any additional terms a product publishes.
